my life in a nutshell

Adopt poor sleep hygiene; Sleep at irregular times. Maximise blue light exposure, especially 2 hours before bedtime. Lie in bed all day to make sure that your brain starts associating being in bed = being awake.
Ignore all of your problems at all costs and hope that they'll eventually solve themselves.
Replace all the nutrient dense fruits and vegetables in your diet with high sugar processed food. Sugar has multiple direct causal links to depression and anxiety, so you better start hitting the cookie jar.
Get addicted to something, literally anything, the more the better. Convince yourself that it is actually benefitting you.
Neglect physical exercise and meditation. Endorphins have shown to have a clinically comparable effect to antidepressants, so we don't want to risk raising any of those.
Do you have an artistic hobby that you enjoy? Spend all your free time browsing social media and binge watching Netflix instead of doing that activity.
Now that you've started to unsatisfied with yourself on a daily basis, it's a great time to start the next step; Avoiding any social interaction unless it's absolutely necessary.
Stay out of the sun, and don't go outside! Vitamin-D plays an absolutely fundamental role in the brains synthesis of reward-signalling neurotransmitters like seretonin and dopamine. We don't want any of that, yuck!
Now that you've become physically unhealthy, it's only a matter of time before you develop a life-threatening disease such as diabetes and cancer to further exacerbate your stress levels.
Treat your current job or education irresponsibly, like they do not matter, this way you are indirectly treating YOURSELF as if you don't matter. This will help to embrace your feelings of inadequacy as much as possible.
